Finding Healthcare

The Arizona Alliance for Community Health Centers offers an interactive map for non-profit healthcare providers throughout Arizona. CHCs accept most insurance plans and also offer services on a Sliding Fee Scale, based on your income, if you are uninsured

AHCCCS Medical Assistance/KidsCare

Arizona Long Term Care (ALTCS)

The Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS) program is for individuals who are 65 or older, blind, or disabled and need ongoing services at a nursing facility level of care.


To apply, call or visit an Arizona Long Term Care office.
